James D. O'Connor is a December, 1978 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law. He has practiced continuously in Baltimore County since May, 1979. His early practice consisted of collections, foreclosure, commercial and construction litigation, landlord/tenant matters and other commercial and real property oriented litigation. For the past twenty years, his practice has been concentrated in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions including collections, foreclosure, workouts and lender representation.
